We, the members of the Laborers' International Union of North America, believing that Man is endowed with the inalienable natural right to provide for his existence and that of his family, and further believing that man has the right to band with others who have a common or mutual interest in the protection of these natural rights, in a proper and lawful manner, do hereby adopt this as the Constitution of the Laborers' International Union of North America.
The Laborers' International Union of North America (LIUNA) has played a vital role in building America as we know it today.
LIUNA members have helped lay down new highways, build spectacular bridges, dig tunnels and subways, build new plants, factories, dams and power plants, and erect new schools, churches, hospitals and houses. |
